Comprising a cluster of more than 200 advanced machines, including five-axis machining centers (DMG), CNC turning and milling compound machines (from Japan TSUGAMI), and 16-station precision stamping lines. Obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification and implemented full-process quality control by using Zeiss coordinate measuring machine and spectrometer analyzer.
Specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of precision components through multi-process integration. With a core focus on precision machining, we leverage advanced technologies including sheet metal stamping, stainless steel precision casting, hot forging, die-casting, laser welding, wire forming, and vacuum coating. This enables us to provide comprehensive solutions for production ranging from small-scale batches to large-scale mass production across industries such as industrial equipment, new energy, and medical devices.
Annual production capacity of 50 million units. We accept medium and large-scale orders starting from 5,000 units, with support for 72-hour prototyping and 15-day mass production delivery. The products are exported to over 20 countries including Europe, America, Japan and South Korea, and are applied in fields such as new energy vehicle components and intelligent household appliance transmission components.
